REP is a fresh alternative to all those high intensity cardio based workouts that dominate the fitness world.
Knowing what “zone” I’m in has never been a motivator. Running intervals on a treadmill is boring.
Bench classes are suitable to ALL strength and fitness levels as you select the weight that works for you, or an instructor can help guide you and find the right weight.
These classes have an emphasis on education and safety, with only 9 people per class you’ll get the best personal experience. We are bridging the gap between Personal Training and Group Fitness. Having a Trainer can be expensive and large group classes often lack proper guidance. We’ve fixed that, now you can have the best of both worlds.
Each class focuses on a combination of muscle groups ensuring you can lift multiple times per week without burning out. The programming changes monthly giving you enough time to master the exercises and build strength before we mix it up (in order to avoid any training plateaus).
The goal is to inspire people everywhere to LIFT.
Bench workouts are designed for everyone. And I mean EVERYONE. You can adjust your weight ranges or use no weights at all. Whatever makes you feel comfortable. Modifying is not a dirty word here, it’s encouraged!
